credit cards & shipping.

International
Credit Card Orders
Due
to limited cooperation between international and US-based banks, we
are not always able to verify customers’ credit card information.
In cases where the banks cooperate, or an American Express card was
used, orders can be processed as usual and we only require acceptance
of a shipping charge. However, in cases where the banks do not allow
for verification (usually due to their privacy rules), we require documentation
to protect all parties involved from fraud. It will be necessary for
those customers to fill out the following form and to scan, photograph,
or photocopy the front and back of the credit card being used and a
form of ID, such as a drivers permit or passport. Both must have a signature
clearly visible so that we may confirm your identity. You may send this
completed form and documentation to us via fax or email, listed below.
Also, we can only ship to the address shown on your ID, as it is the
only documented address we would have for you. Orders of this type are
limited to $300, US funds.
For our customers who do not feel comfortable releasing this much information
to us, please see some other options listed below.
Note: Since we are verifying that this is your current address we will not be able to ship to any address other than the billing address of the credit card information given to us.

We will send this form to you along with a copy of your order to assist us in validating your card. The sooner you get it back to us, the sooner we can ship your order.
This is a security
issue to limit credit card fraud to protect you our customer as well
as us, the supplier.
If you do not wish to provide the information we request via fax, you have 3 options

Option #1 is to pay via American Express or Western Union money order or a money order from any US Bank in US FUNDS (US dollars) to be mailed to the address above. Pick "Money Order" payment option on your transaction when checking out on our online store.

Option #2 is to send a wire transfer, which can be processed at your bank. Pick "Wire Transfer" payment option on your transaction when checking out on our online store and we will automatically send you our bank details.

Option #3 is to offer us an American Express card since they are interested in cooperating with both the customer and the merchants needs and offer fantastic customer service. Pick "American Express" payment option on your transaction when checking out on our online store.
Shipping Charges
The shopping
cart will not reflect the shipping rates for international orders. Once
your order is placed, we will calculate the shipping rates for you and
you will receive an email to notify you of the cost. You MUST respond
to this email and accept these charges for your order to ship. Failure
to respond to that email will result in your order being cancelled 3
business days from the date the email was sent.You are also responsible
for any duties or fees applicable.
We highly recommend and prefer shipping with UPS Express. We have negotiated
a very competitive rate that is comparable to rates for USPS Express
Mail. This level of service is traceable up to the final destination
of the package and is automatically insured for up to $100. Orders over
$100 will have extra insurance added. Typical delivery time is 3 to
5 days on average, and is the safest way to send your package.
You may also opt to use USPS standard mail, but these packages are not
traceable and cost only slightly less than UPS Express.
If one or more items is backordered, you will be notified via email
and your order will be held until the remainder of your order comes
in. You can choose to respond to us and ask that we ship what is in
stock; however, you will be charged a separate shipping fee for each
shipment.
