  • - Why should I consider shopping at Fetish Factory instead of other online stores?
  • Fetish Factory is an actual brick & mortar retail store and has a physical address where you can go and visit our knowledgable staff in our showroom. We are NOT a warehouse or garage operation, and we stock everything we display on our web site.

    We do have a very large in-stock inventory, but we can also special order items for you.  If you see a style that you like and we are currently out-of-stock in your size, please contact us about a special order or if you see itdisplayed out of stock click on the "request" link.

    Unlike most online stores, Fetish Factory will NOT charge your credit card until your order is packed and ready to ship.

    Fetish Factory typically ships same day when ordered before 3pm and orders after 3pm are typically shipped the following day less than 24 hours of your order.

  • - What are the hours of Operation?
  • Our Showroom is Open 11am-8pm Mon-Wed, 11am-9pm Thu-Sat, 12p-6p on Sunday.

    Our Summer hours are the same , however, we are closed on Sunday.

    We offer extended hours leading up to Memorial Day weekend and Halloween.

    The Online Store is open 24/7. We process orders and offer customer service Mon-Fri 11:30am-7pm.  The office is closed on weekends.  Orders placed over the weekend will be handled on Monday.

  • - What happens if I order several items and they are not all in stock?
  • It is possible for a customer to purchase an item in our retail store before we have pulled the same item from our inventory to ship it to you.

    Although it is rare that an item will be displayed as in-stock and not be available, it can happen. We also may show an item in-stock which may not be physically in our showroom, for example, if an item has been stolen from our showroom floor. 

    DOMESTIC ORDERS
    If an item is not physically in stock after you place your order we will attempt to contact you. If it is the only item you ordered you are offered the option to "back-order" the item or cancel your order. If the order is for multiple items we will let you know and you have the same options. If you decide to have the item "back-ordered" we will ship out the back-ordered item at NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE once the item is back in stock.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    If an item is not physically in stock after you place your order you will be notified. If it is the only item you ordered you are offered the option to "back-order" the item or cancel your order. If the order is for multiple items we will let you know and you have the same options. If you decide to have the item "back-ordered" we will ship out the back-ordered item at REDUCED SHIPPING CHARGE once the item is back in stock only after you agree that you still want the item and only after you agree on the actual cost to ship the back ordered item.

  • - Do you sell giftcards?
  • Of course we sell giftcards, & we'd be happy to sell one to you!

    You can purchase eGift cards through our online store here. They are only available in denominations of $25, $50, & $100. A special code will be emailed to you which you will use to redeem you eGift card.

    You can stop by our showroom, if your interested (open 7 days a week). A sales associate will be able to sell you a  physical giftcard in any denomination you require.

  • - How do eGift cards work?
  • When you are looking at the eGift card page on our webstore, after choosing the denomination you would like there is a field to fill out the recipient's name & email address.

    If it is for you, please enter your name and email address. Once payment has been received you will receive an email from us with your special code which you will use to redeem your eGift card at checkout when you make a purchase.

    If it is for a friend or lover, please be sure to enter the name & the email address of the intended recipient. Once payment has been received an email will be sent to the recipient on your behalf with a special code which they will use to redeem their eGift card at checkout.

  • - How do I redeem my eGift card?
  • Once you are ready to checkout of the webstore you will enter your billing & shipping information as you would a regular purchase. When you arrive to the payment screen select Money Order as your payment since the level of checkout has not considered if your order total is more or less than the value of the remaining gidt card balance. Then enter your eGift cards special code you received in a previous email & complete you order.

    If the amount of your order exceeds your eGift card balance, select the payment option you would like to use to pay the difference of your order ie Credit Card.

  • - How do I check my gift cards balance/status?
  • If you would like to check on the balance of an eGift card you have received, please click here, and enter your eGift card code in the entry form.

    If you would like to check the status of an eGift card you have sent, or you would like to resend the special eGift card code to the receiver, please click here, and enter your email address and order id into the entry form. While viewing the details of your order, please click the "resend this gift card" link next to the receivers name, and the email will be resent.

  • - How does your Gift Registry program work?
  • The Gift Registry is the same program found in all major department stores commonly used for weddings or other special occasions. The program is created by the person who wants to receive a gift and whom creates their own personal Gift Registry at the Fetish Factory's online store. If you have ever participated in a wedding or a baby shower you may be familiar with the idea.

    The Gift Registry program allows a person to create their own personal list of items to be purchased by a friend, fan, or a loved one. In order to create a personal Gift Registry you must first become a registered member of the Fetish Factory's online store using all REAL personal information with an accurate ship to address.

    When a person makes a purchase for a Gift Registry item, the item will be shipped by default to the person's billing address who makes the purchase. If the person making the purchase wishes to ship the item(s) to the Gift Registry Recipient they will need to have the proper name and address of the Gift Registry Recipient's shipping address which is provided by the Gift Registry Recipient. If the order is requested to be shipped to the Gift Registry persons address the cardholder must contact their credit card bank to request to add an "alternate address" to their file for the transaction and this will be verified by Fetish Factory prior to shipping the order.

    Fetish Factory recommends that all people who have a personal Gift Registry revisit the site and update the items on their wishlist and maintain a proper shipping address at all times to prevent items being ordered in duplicate and to ensure the order is being shipped to an accurate address.

  • - How do I get started with a Gift Registry on the Fetish Factory website?
  • Anyone who wishes to maintain a personal Gift Registry on the Fetish Factory online store MUST be a member of the online store!

  • Fetish Factory respects your privacy and will never share or display your personal information anywhere.. ever!

    When you choose to share your personal Gift Registry with a friend, fan, or loved one they will be sent a link to your registry when you click on "SEND REGISTRY OUT".

    When the link is clicked by a friend, fan or loved one the only information they will see is your Display Name and your provided Email Address. No sensitive or personal information is ever displayed on any public area of the site.

    Since our Gift Registry program is NOT a discrete Wish List program, The Gift Registry Recipient is required to share their personal contact information. We suggest you use caution and common sense before sharing your personal information which includes your name and shipping address. The only way you will ever receive a Gift Registry Order from another person will be by your decision to meet up with the person who buys the item off your personal Gift Registry or if you provide that person your name and address so they may have the order shipped to you.

  • - Where will my Gift Registry be displayed?
  • You personal Gift Registry remains private at all times and is interally stored on our secure servers. If you wish to share your Gift Registry with a friend, fan or loved one, you can personally provide a link to those people who you would like to view your Gift Registry.

    The option to share your Gift Registry is available by returning to the Fetish Factory Online store and clicking on "My Account". You then will be prompted to click on "Customer Login" then click on "My Gift Registry". You then click on "Send Gift Registry Out"

    You will be offered a box to enter an email address and a short message then click on "Send Registry Out" which will send a URL or Web page which will lead the user to your personal Gift Registry.

    If you want to know the url or link to your gift registry you can send it to yourself and place it on your blogs, feeds, social network page, or personal website .

  • - How can I link Fetish Factory Gift Registry to my Social network, Blog or Personal Website?
  • You must first be logged into the Fetish Factory Online Store or if you are already Logged in click on "My Account".

    Once you have created your Gift Registry you can get your personal Gift Registry link (URL) by clicking on "My Gift Registry" then click on "Send Registry Out". Enter your email address and click on "Send Registry Out" You will receive your personal Gift Registry URL or webpage via email. You should save the URL which can be easily shared on your favorite social network, blog or personal website.

  • - How can I change my Gift Registry display email address?
  • You must first be logged into the Fetish Factory Online Store or if you are already Logged in click on "My Account". Once you have done this you will need to click on the link "My Account Info". You will be brought to your contact information console where you may change your email address.

  • - What form of payments to you accept for purchases made off of my Gift Registry?
  • We offer several payment options with the Gift Registry Program as follows:

    Credit Card - We accept this method of payment and will ship directly to the person who places the order to their BILLING ADDRESS which they have on file with their credit card bank. If the Gift Registry person is a personal friend you are welcome to offer them your personal address and the order can be shipped directly to you. Unfortunately ALL Gift Registry ORDERS shipped to an alternate address (address different than the cardholder's billing address)must be validated by the credit card bank.

    The cardholder is then REQUIRED to contact their credit card bank and ask to have YOUR personal address NOTED on their credit card record for the transaction. We ONLY ship to alternate addresses if the bank is able to confirm that the cardholder has called the bank stating they are aware of the charge and the amount and they are asking our store to ship to an Alternate Address other than then billing address and they are sending a gift to a friend. This needs to be done before or immediately or after the order is placed to avoid delays in shipping the order.

    Money Order - This is the preferred method of payment if the cardholder is not does not want to add your alternate address to their credit card record for the transaction to purchase an item from your Gift Registry.

    Wire Transfer - This option requires you to pay an additional bank fee in addition to the cost of the product and shipping ($10 US Banks / $15 Intl Banks).

    Personal Check - We do NOT accept personal checks!

    Bill Pay Online - is only available to individuals with US Banks and is unavailable to orders placed by International customers. We use Bank of America which offers this service for free. To use Bill Pay Online you will need to know our billing information:

  • - Can I exchange an item that has been purchased from my Gift Registry?
  • If a gift has been purchased for you from your Gift Registry and does not fit properly, we will be happy to exchange the item for the same style in your proper size. We will not allow refunds nor will we allow exchanges for an alternate item.

    The item must still have the original tags attached.  If the item is made of latex / rubber, it cannot have been shined / polished.  There are certain items, like adult toys, intimate items, packaged hosiery and others that cannot be returned under any circumstance. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy on our FAQ's.

  • - What happens after an item is purchased from my Gift Registry?
  • Once the order is placed we will pull the item(s) from our showroom and process and ship to the address requested. If you plan to have the item shipped to your address you MUST share your personal information i.e. your address with the person who makes the purchase from your personal Gift Registry.

    If the person is sending the item(s) to your address they will first be required to contact their credit card bank to make a statement that they are in possession of their card and purchased from an online store and plan to ship to an alternate address i.e. your address. They will be required to ask the bank to note the account with your address. We will NOT process and ship any orders to an alternate address until the bank confirms the cardholders has called in to let them know thee order is being shipped to you.

    If the item is not in stock we will contact the customer who made the purchase to ask them if they wish to change the item to another item off your personal Gift Registry.

    Once an item is purchased from your Gift Registry you will be notified and the item will be subsequently removed from your Gift Registry to avoid duplicate purchases of the same item from another fan, friend or loved one.

  • - How do I purchase items for a person who has a Gift Registry?
  • You MUST contact the person who has a personal Gift Registry on the Fetish Factory online store. The link to the Gift Registry can be placed publically on a person's personal website, blog, social network. If the person does not want their Gift Registry Public you can ask them to send you the URL or link to their Gift Registry on the Fetish Factory's online store.

    You will be presented with a list of items which was created by the person who maintains a personal Gift Registry on the Fetish Factory online store.

    Select items which display In-Stock so that we can process and ship the items soon after you place your order.

    On the details page for the item you have selected, click on the ADD TO CART button to order this item for your Gift Registry recipient. Repeat this process to order multiple items if desired.

    Once you are done shopping, simply Checkout to complete your order. The order will be shipped to YOUR BILLING ADRESS. If you want to ship the order to the person with the personal Gift Registry you will have to first ask them to provide you with their shipping address. Once you have that you can place that information as the Shipping address for your order.

    Please be advised that Fetish Factory will ONLY ship to an address other than your billing address if YOU contact your credit card bank and offer the bank a statement that You are aware that your credit card was used to place an online order and state the amount. Let your bank know the company you purchased from will only ship to your billing address. The only exception to ship to an alternate address is if you ask them to note your account for the transaction you placed online and you are aware you will not receive the order. We will attempt to process your order only after we call YOUR credit card bank to determine if you called in to confirm the alternate address. If not the order will be cancelled.

  • - How do out of stock requests work?
  • When an item you are interested shows as "out of stock" you have the option of requesting to be informed when it is back in-stock & ready to be purchased by clicking the request link next to the item you desire.

    After clicking the link, enter your name & email address.  This will add your indicated items to a very important list in our database of items we need to restock with people interested in them.

    When we start a purchase order to the manufacturer of your item you will get a notification email stating we are reordering your desired item & to keep an eye on your inbox for a follow up email when it is ready for you to purchase. Wait times can vary by manufacturer, so we appreciate your patience.

    If we cannot reorder your item, we will inform you in an email.  We encourage you to contact us directly so that we might find a similar item for you.  We receive fresh new inventory all the time and we are bound to have something you'll love.

  • - What if there is a problem with my order?
  • If we encounter any problems with your order such as items being out of stock, shipping updates, or credit card problems we will notify you by email immediately. Please be sure to check your email frequently the next business day after you place your order. If we have an updated shipping charge (due to the size or weight of your order) or a credit card/billing issue, we CANNOT proceed with your order until we hear from you.

    If you fail to check your email or decide not to answer us in a timely manner (5 business days), your order will be cancelled and all of the items will be restocked on the showroom floor.

    If you need to change something in your order, please contact us at info@fetishfactory.com ASAP to prevent any problems. Once your order has shipped, we cannot call it back.  Keep in mind that some items are non-returnable.

  • - How much will it cost to ship my International Order?
  • International orders are quoted on an individual basis. Please place your order and we will email a shipping quote before we bill your card - or you can email us with the style number and shipping address, and we will offer you a quote.

    We currently use USPS to ship all of our International Orders. All international customers are subject to any duties and fees of their country, and are solely responsible for those charges.

  • - How will my order be shipped?
  • Fetish Factory uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping all orders. We offer 3 shipping options, Standard - Priority - Express. Your shipping cost will be itemized when checking out on order completion. Our shipping charges are posted under the left navigation link "Help" and then you will see a link for "Shipping".

    International orders are also shipped via USPS to ensure that the items get to their destination safely and quickly. We are unable to offer a shipping charge at the time of checking out at the completion of International orders and will be quoted soon after you place your order. We will NOT ship International orders until you review the quotes shipping which will be emailed to you. You should check your email frequently for the first few days after you place your International order. USPS can deliver to PO Boxes as well as APO for our armed forces.

  • - Can I request my USPS shipment be left at the door?
  • No. We insure every package we ship. USPS often times requires a signature so the package can be tracked back to you, however this is at the discretion of the postal delivery person.  Any requests made on your order to leave a package at the door will not be accommodated by us but will be at the discretion of the postmaster and postal delivery person.

  • - I live outside the USA, can I ship to an alternate address?
  • Maybe.  Some international banks allow us to verify your information as we do with our domestic customers. If that is the case, and the order meets certain other criteria, we can ship it to whomever you choose. Your order's eligibility will be determined once we receive your order, and you will be notified via email if we encounter any problems. Unfortunately, many non-US banks fail to cooperate when we attempt to confirm the card and if this occurs we will not be able to process your order as requested.

    We highly recommend that our international customers pay with a bank-issued money order in US funds when ordering from a wishlist or when attempting to send the order to another person's address.

  • - Do you offer discreet packaging?
  • All packages sent by Fetish Factory are done with discreet packaging. There are no markings that bear the name Fetish Factory! Our return address with the letters FF as the company name are the only reference on your package.

  • - Where are your size charts?
  • Please note that sizing is not standard across our entire inventory. You may be a Medium in one brand, but an Extra-Small in another. Look for a size chart link within the description page of each item.  If there is no link to a size chart, then a size chart is not available for the specific vendor.

  • - Return Policy / Online Sales
  • Satisfaction is always guaranteed. All merchandise is inspected before shipping. Fetish Factory stands behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss authorization for a return.

    NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

    To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA), please contact us at 954-563-5777 x 204 or email us at info@fetishfactory.com. Packages sent must be postmarked within 7 days of the RMA being issued. Packages postmarked more than 7 days after the RMA is issued will be restocked and will be returned ONLY to store credit under the name of the original purchaser, minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee, and any packages without an RMA will be returned to the sender. The RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the package, and you also must include your original receipt or a copy of the receipt. If you receive return authorization you must be sure to insure the package for its value. If a package is lost during the return process, Fetish Factory assumes no liability for the lost package.

    We will gladly replace or exchange your purchase for an item which meets your needs, however, the CUSTOMER is responsible for shipping back the item and also responsible for paying for having an exchanged item reshipped to you.

    Refunds are arranged on an individual basis. Please contact us by email or telephone for more information. When an item is returned for refund or for store credit, the amount credited to your account is for the purchase less the shipping. We are unable to credit shipping with returns. 

    Due to health regulations, there are no returns on: intimate items, such as undergarments, opened hosiery, adult novelties or adult toys, oils and lotions.

    All media, including books, magazines, videos and music, as well as worn clothing, shined latex, clearance items, Halloween costumes & accessories are also non-returnable items.

  • - What form of payments do you accept?
  • We accept several forms of payment.

    Credit Cards by (Master, Visa, AmEx, Discover, PayPal) - We ONLY ship to the billing address on file with your credit card bank. If you need to ship to an alternate address, please contact your bank to add the alternate address to the memo field on your bank record. Banks are proactive and will only offer seller protection if the address where the order is shipped to is on file or known to the bank.

    If you attempt to process an order and use an alternate address with your name or to any name at all we will first call your credit card bank to confirm that the alternate address is on file. If you do not want the alternate address to be a permenent address just call your bank and ask them to note your account because the online store you are dealing with is going to call and confirm that the alternate address is on file and that you the cardholder are aware of the purchase and you are specifically requesting to ship to an alternate address.

    Failure to confirm your alternate address with your bank leaves us 2 options; Cancel your order or ship to your billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.

    Money Order / Cashier's Check - We accept Money Orders and Cashier's Check issued in US Dollars. If you choose this payment option we will be unable to begin processing your order until we receive your check. Any order placed with this payment option will be cancelled if the Money Order or Cashier's check is not received within 14 days of placing your order. This is one of the preferred ways to pay when ordering items from the WishList Program.

    PayPal We ONLY accept PayPal from PayPal customer's who have VERIFIED status. If you are planning to pay with PayPal be sure ytou have been verified by PayPal. If your status is not Verified we will ask you to change your payment option to an alternate method of payment ie credit card or money order.

    Please be advised we also will ONLY ship to the verified address when accepting PayPal. You can NOT ship to an alternate address... NO EXCEPTIONS

    Wire Transfer - When you order and choose wire transfer as your payment option we will send you our bank details to take with you to your bank to process the wire. There will be a $10 wire transfer fee added to your order. Please be advised that many banks will also charge you a fee to process a wire and the cost varies from bank to bank. Instructions for the Wire Transfer process is offered to you with your order confirmation.

    Bill Pay Online - Bill Pay Online is only available to individuals with US Banks and is unavailable to orders placed by International customers. If you bank outside the USA this option is not available. If you are currently taking advantage of Bill Pay Online through your bank or from a third party company like CheckFree you are eligible to pay our invoice in the same manner you pay your other bills with Bill Pay Online. If on the other hand you are not doing online banking at this time but are interested, we suggest you click on the following link CheckFree to learn more about this new exciting way to pay your bills online. CheckFree offers this service for a fee but if you contact your bank directly you can learn the terms of your own bank. We use Bank of America which offers this service for FREE.

  • - How long does it take to process an Online Order?
  • We ship all "In Stock" items within 48 hours of your placed order. Most "In Stock" items will typically ship "Same Day" as the order but there is no guarantee.

    We only process & ship orders on weekdays (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next business day.  Please note that USPS shipping times do include weekdays & weekends.

    If you place an order for an item which is out of stock we will ship the order based on your shipping option as soon as we receive the item in stock from the designer / manufacturer.

    If you place an order with Express (next day) or Priority shipping (2-3 day) service we suggest you contact us (954-563-5777 x 204 or info@fetishfactory.com) soon after you place your order to confirm the shipping date. We will do our best to contact you if we run into problems with your order.

    If you place an order using check as your payment option we will process your order only after the check has cleared our bank.

    If your credit card issuing bank is a credit union or your card is originated outside the USA your order will not be processed until your bank responds to our request for AVS authentication.

    The fastest way to have your order processed is to pay by Credit Card or Wire Transfer.

  • Absolutely! However we will only process and ship orders to Verified PayPal Users. Please validate yourself through your PayPal account, or contact PayPal for assistance.
