Who is Fetish Factory?

We are a real Brick & Mortar Showroom open 5 days a week and offer Online shopping 24/7. Fetish Factory was founded in 1995, located in sunny South Florida, in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale (USA).  Please visit our large showroom if you are ever in South Florida! If you are unable to visit our physical showroom you are welcome to shop online 24/7.

All orders placed from this website will show up on your credit card statement as Fetish Factory or Eye Candy International.

What types of merchandise do you stock?

We are committed to bringing you only the best of the best in fetish fashion, club wear, shoes, boots, kinky toys, fetish videos, magazines, and bondage gear at the lowest possible prices.

Why should I consider shopping at Fetish Factory instead of other online stores?

Fetish Factory is an actual brick & mortar retail store and has a physical address where you can go and visit our knowledgeable staff in our showroom. We are NOT a warehouse or garage operation, and we stock everything we display on our Online store.

We do have a very large in-stock inventory, but we can also special order items for you.  If you see a style that you like and we are currently out-of-stock in your size, please contact us about a special order or if you see it displayed out of stock just send us an inquiry to [email protected].

Unlike most online stores, Fetish Factory will NOT charge your credit card until your order is packed and ready to ship.

Fetish Factory typically ships same day when ordered before 3pm and orders after 3pm are typically shipped the following day less than 24 hours of your order.

What are the hours of Operation?

Our Showroom is currently Open 7 days a week

Our Summer hours are similar however we close at 8pm weekdays.

We offer extended hours leading up to Memorial Day weekend and Halloween

The Online Store is open 24/7. We process orders and offer customer service DURING OPEN HOURS.  The Online Store Office is closed on weekends.  Orders placed over the weekend will be handled on the following Monday.

Back Orders
What happens if I order several items and they are not all in stock?

It is possible for a customer to purchase an item in our retail store before we have pulled the same item from our inventory to ship it to you.

Although it is rare that an item will be displayed as in-stock and not be available, it can happen. We also may show an item in-stock which may not be physically in our showroom, for example, if an item has been stolen from our showroom floor. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS
If an item is not physically in stock after you place your order we will attempt to contact you. If it is the only item you ordered you are offered the option to "back-order" the item or cancel your order. If the order is for multiple items we will let you know and you have the same options. If you decide to have the item "back-ordered" we will ship out the back-ordered item at NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE once the item is back in stock.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If an item is not physically in stock after you place your order you will be notified. If it is the only item you ordered you are offered the option to "back-order" the item or cancel your order. If the order is for multiple items we will let you know and you have the same options. If you decide to have the item "back-ordered" we will ship out the back-ordered item at REDUCED SHIPPING CHARGE once the item is back in stock only after you agree that you still want the item and only after you agree on the actual cost to ship the back ordered item.

Gift Cards
Do you sell giftcards?

Of course we sell giftcards, & we'd be happy to sell one to you!

You can purchase eGift cards through our online store Gift Cards. They are only available in denominations of $25, $50, & $100. A special code will be emailed to you which you will use to redeem you eGift card.

You can stop by our showroom, if your interested (open 7 days a week). A sales associate will be able to sell you a  physical giftcard in any denomination you require.
Please be advised giftcards sold instore can NOT be redeemed online.

Out of Stock Requests
How do out of stock requests work?

When an item you are interested shows as "out of stock" you have the option of requesting to be informed when it is back in-stock & ready to be purchased by clicking the request link next to the item you desire.

After clicking the link, enter your name & email address.  This will add your indicated items to a very important list in our database of items we need to restock with people interested in them.

When we start a purchase order to the manufacturer of your item you will get a notification email stating we are reordering your desired item & to keep an eye on your inbox for a follow up email when it is ready for you to purchase. Wait times can vary by manufacturer, so we appreciate your patience.

If we cannot reorder your item, we will inform you in an email.  We encourage you to contact us directly so that we might find a similar item for you.  We receive fresh new inventory all the time and we are bound to have something you'll love.

Problems
What if there is a problem with my order?

We will attempt to reach you through your provided contact information. If we are unable to reach you, we may refund you for an unavailable item & ship your order as is, or refund & cancel the entire order.

If you place an order for an item which is out of stock we will ship the entire order based on your shipping option as soon as we receive the item in stock from the designer / manufacturer.

If we have an updated shipping charge (due to the size or weight of your order) or a credit card/billing issue, we CANNOT proceed with your order until we hear from you. Please be sure to check your email frequently the next business day after you place your order. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, you're in the clear.

If you need to change something in your order, please contact us at 954-563-5777 x 204 or email us at [email protected] ASAP to prevent any problems. Once your order has shipped, we cannot call it back.  Keep in mind that some items are non-returnable.

How do I order out of stock goods?

When an item you are interested shows as "out of stock" you have the option of requesting, to be informed when it is back in-stock & ready to be purchased by Calling 954-563-5777 x 204 or emailing us at [email protected]. A staff member will collect the Item, Size, Color & your contact information.

Wait times can vary by manufacturer, so we appreciate your patience.

Where are your size charts?

While we make every effort to include size charts on all our inventory, there are items on the site without size charts. If you don’t see a size chart, give us a call at 954-563-5777 x 204, or email [email protected].

Please note that sizing is not standard across our entire inventory. You may be a Medium in one brand, but an Extra-Small in another.

Payments
How do I Pay?

PayPal is our exclusive payment processor for our online orders & allows our guests to pay with any credit or debit card. You do NOT need to be a member of PayPal to make payment. If you ARE a member of PayPal please simply login and pay this invoice as a member of PayPal. If you are NOT a member of PayPal then just scroll down 1 inch lower than the PayPal login and click the button for GUEST CHECKOUT with any major CREDIT CARD.

Please Note, your Shipping Information MUST match your order Details & PayPal Payment.

If this information does NOT match, for any reason, the order will be refunded & re-invoiced, with an updated shipping address.

How will this charge show up on my credit card statement?

All credit card payment statements will show up as "Fetish Factory".

I clicked 'BUY' at checkout, but did not give my payment information. What now?

For orders that have not been paid, a staff member will send an invoice to your email provided at checkout, during regular business hours. We will NOT hold un-paid good for more than 48 hours.

How do I pay with my store credit online?

You must notify us that you have Store Credit. The best way is to leave a comment, at the bottom left page of checkout that you wish to use your Store Credit. Click Buy. When PayPal opens, close it. Do NOT pay PayPal at this time. A staff member will then apply your store credit & re-invoice you, if need be. If you did not leave a comment at checkout, call 954-563-5777 x 204 or email us at [email protected].

Shipping
Orders over $750 MUST be signed for.

If the customer is not available during a delivery attempt, a note is left. When the note is left, the customer would need to go to their local post office to pick up the package and sign for it.

How much will it cost to ship my Domestic order?

First Class: $10 (Or Free on orders over $100, or during sales) 5-8 business days.

Priority: $16 2-3 business days.

Express: $39 1-2 business days.

How much will it cost to ship my order to Canada?

First Class: $17

Priority: $36

Express: $49

How much will it cost to ship my International Order?

First Class: $26

Priority: $49

We currently use USPS to ship all of our International Orders. All international customers are subject to any duties and fees of their country, and are solely responsible for those charges.

If we are unable to offer a shipping charge at the time of checking out at the completion of International orders and will be quoted soon after you place your order. We will NOT ship International orders until you review the quotes shipping which will be emailed to you. You should check your email frequently for the first few days after you place your International order. USPS can deliver to PO Boxes as well as APO for our armed forces.

How will my order be shipped?

Fetish Factory uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping all orders. Fetish Factory ships same day or within 24 hours of receipt of your order weekdays. The Online store office is closed on Weekends and no processing or shipping occur on the weekends.

International orders are also shipped via USPS to ensure that the items get to their destination safely and quickly.

If you place an order with Express (next day) or Priority shipping (2-3 day) service you may contact us (954-563-5777 x 204 or [email protected] ) after you place your order to confirm the shipping date.

How long does it take to process an Online Order?

Fetish Factory typically ships same day when ordered before 3pm EST and orders after 3pm EST are typically shipped the following day less than 24 hours of your order.

We ship all "In Stock" items within 48 hours of your placed order. We only process & ship orders on weekdays (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the next business day.  Please note that USPS shipping times do include weekdays & weekends.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Yes. There are NO markings that bear the name Fetish Factory! Our return address & FF Online Store as the company name are the only reference on your package.

Can I request my USPS shipment be left at the door?

No. We insure every package we ship. USPS often times requires a signature so the package can be tracked back to you, however this is at the discretion of the postal delivery person.  Any requests made on your order to leave a package at the door will not be accommodated by us but will be at the discretion of the postmaster and postal delivery person

Returns & Exchanges
How do I Return / Exchange my order?

Call 954-563-5777 x 204 or email us at [email protected] within 14 days of placing your online order to request an RMA, or to be eligible for a refund*. Exchange requests made after 15 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return requests made after 15 days may only be eligible for store credit.

*Refunds are arranged on an individual basis. Call 954-563-5777 x 204 or email us at [email protected] for more information. Shipping costs are NOT eligible for refunds.

Before requesting an RMA, please note:

-We will only accept items that are new, un-worn, & with original tags.

-Latex items are only eligible for return, if they have not been lubed.

-You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, & re-shipping exchanges.

-We recommend you insure your package, as Fetish Factory is not responsible for lost returning packages.

-Goods may only be returned or exchanged, once they have been inspected & accepted by a staff member.
