Designed after the most common method of execution from Medieval times, our Hang Man's Noose Single Earring is sculpted into a hangman's noose with a skull anchor. The skull sprouts a surgical steel post for anchoring to the ear, and the hangman's noose sways slightly from the skull ear post when worn.
