Our Leather Dominatrix Hat is a rigid, non-collapsible, non-adjustable hat made from genuine leather. There's padding in the cover, and a suede sweatband on the inside strap. Unlike most hats, you can beat your sub with it and they will feel the weight of it. Great for police officer, military, etc. costumes as well!
