It's a band of vegan leather that's wide like a belt but not like a posture collar, adjustable via buckle closure. The decoration of barbed wire in contrasting colors might seem dangerous, but the wire is made from coated cotton cording for both the wearer's safety and any hands that come into contact with the collar.
