The Ball Stretcher steel ring fits snug above the Balls on the base of the scrotal skin locking the balls below. The device has many adjustable places to add to the fun of the torment device. The ring cab be adjusted down forcing the bqalls to stretch down away from the body. Ball stretching can be used for body mofication with slow training the balls will hang lower and lower as training continues similar to how a corset can change your waist and will remain after continuous training. 

The device has several random spikes that can be individually raised or lowed. Raising the spikes into the balls can be metered and be an idle threat or may be raised to push against the balls creating pain but shy of damage when done carefully.
