The belled and slightly misshapen stout crown, tip and curled brim of this topper are designed like the original headgear of the "John Bull" caricature, made from pressed felt with satin lining and a built-in ribbon band. Overlaid on the ribbon band is a separate removable band, made of silver pentacles linked together by riveted leather straps and closing on an adjustable buckle. It's great for costumes of all sorts--steampunk, Regency, cultural, and much more!
