Our Heavy Chained Ankle Restraints vary slightly from other ankle restraints, as the vegan leather cuffs feature a built-in lockplate that works as a positioning peg on the adjustable cuff. Both cuffs are linked by a length of thick, heavy-duty chain anchored by riveted hinge-plates.
