The buckram and felt wire base has three 1 inch elastic loops placed at each end, and one placed at the crown. The elastic straps can be cut to fit. 

Dimensions: Approximately 20" x 10" with a 3/4" black elastic strap passing through the front and back loops for a comfortable fit.
