Unlike most ball gags and head harnesses this is through a more extreme material for the mouth, using a polished steel ball with a hollow channel to allow the supporting leather strap keep it at mouth level. Three O-rings make fine anchors for the riveted straps, with the head straps--chin, crown and back of the head--all adjustable by buckles.
