Our 3-Strip 3 Buckle Collar is proof that good things come in threes. Made from lightweight faux leather with neoprene backing for smooth comfort while wearing, all three straps buckle in the back and are stabilized by vertical strips riveted to hold it all in place. The central vertical strip has a D-ring at its end, only to hold an O-ring between the wearer's collarbones.
